Cancellation Policy

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following service-specific terms: 1. Nature of the Session The Strategy Focus Hour is a structured 60-minute strategic advisory session delivered online. This session provides diagnostic insight, structured discussion, and strategic guidance. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, or regulated professional advice. All implementation decisions remain the responsibility of the client. 2. Scope of Engagement This is a focused session addressing one primary strategic priority as selected at booking. The session does not include: Ongoing consultancy Implementation support Written business plans Detailed audits beyond session scope Custom deliverables beyond the stated summary report Any further advisory or consultancy work must be agreed separately. 3. Pre-Session Requirements The pre-session form must be completed before the scheduled session. Failure to submit the form at least 24 hours before the session may result in rescheduling. The quality and depth of advice provided depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied. 4. Scheduling & Attendance Following payment: We will contact you in case of rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions must be booked within 30 days of purchase. Clients must attend at the agreed time. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the session will proceed within the remaining time. Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee. 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted once per booking. 6. Refund Policy Due to the time allocation and advisory nature of this service, all purchases are non-refundable once payment is made. Refunds will only be issued if Pinnacle Business Hub is unable to deliver the session. 7. Outcomes & Guarantees While the session is designed to provide clarity and structured direction: No specific commercial, financial, or operational outcomes are guaranteed. Business performance depends on implementation and external factors beyond our control. 8. Intellectual Property All frameworks, diagnostics, methodologies, session materials, and summary outputs remain the intellectual property of Pinnacle Business Hub.
