Corporate Training Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all corporate training programmes, workshops, masterclasses, and in-house training services delivered by Pinnacle Business Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking or commissioning training services, the client (“you”) agrees to the following terms.
1. Scope of Training Services
Pinnacle Business Hub provides corporate training and executive education services, including, but not limited to:

Strategy and Growth Training
-
Digital Transformation Workshops
-
Marketing Strategy Programmes
-
Leadership and Organisational Alignment Sessions
-
Governance and Performance Management Training
-
Scaling and Internationalisation Workshops
Training may be delivered:
-
Online (live virtual delivery)
-
In-person (client premises or external venue)
-
Hybrid format
All training content is tailored based on the agreed scope of work.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once:
-
A written agreement or proposal has been accepted, and
-
The agreed deposit or full payment has been received (if applicable).
For in-house corporate training, a signed proposal or confirmation email constitutes acceptance of terms.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
-
A 50% deposit is required to secure the training date.
-
The remaining balance must be paid before delivery.
-
For open programmes, full payment is required at the time of booking.
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified.
Late payments may result in the postponement or cancellation of the training session.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
4.1 In-house Corporate Training
-
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled delivery date may be rescheduled without penalty.

Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% fee.

Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
4.2 Open Training Programmes
-
Cancellations more than 7 days prior may be transferred to a future session.
-
Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
4.3 Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made in writing.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate alternative dates, but we cannot guarantee availability.
5. Substitution of Participants
For open programmes, substitute participants may attend at no additional cost, provided written notice is given at least 48 hours before the session.
6. Changes to Programme Content or Delivery
We reserve the right to:

Adjust programme content to ensure relevance

Modify delivery format if necessary
-
Replace trainers with suitably qualified alternatives if required
Such changes will not materially reduce the value of the training.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

Provide accurate information regarding training needs
-
Ensure appropriate participant attendance
-
Provide suitable venue facilities (for in-person sessions)
-
Ensure technical access for online delivery
We are not responsible for technical disruptions caused by the client’s systems or venue facilities.
8. Intellectual Property
All training materials, slides, frameworks, templates, and resources remain the intellectual property of Pinnacle Business Hub.
Clients may use materials internally within their organisation for educational purposes.
Materials may not be:
• Reproduced
• Distributed externally
• Published
• Sold or licensed
Without prior written consent.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the engagement.
We may reference anonymised client engagements for marketing purposes unless explicitly prohibited in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from training delivery.

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific training engagement.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure to deliver training due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Illness
-
Travel disruption
-
Government restrictions
-
Technical infrastructure failure
-
Natural events
In such cases, alternative delivery arrangements or rescheduling will be offered.
12. Data Protection
Any personal data collected in relation to training delivery will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including GDPR.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
