Cancellation Policy

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following service-specific terms: 1. Nature of the Session The SEO Reset is a structured service, focused on SEO analysis and strategy development. full-day strategic advisory session delivered either online or in person. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or regulated professional advice. 2. Scope of Engagement All SEO work is then completed offline by Pinnacle Business Hub, with delivery as outlined on the service page. Any additional services outside this scope must be agreed separately. 3. Pre-Session Requirements Clients must complete the SEO Reset Pre-Session Form at least 24 hours before the session. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling. 4. Access & Implementation Requirements To complete the service, clients may be required to provide access to: • Website backend / CMS • Hosting (if relevant) • Google Search Console • Google Analytics • Google Business Profile Delays in providing access may impact delivery timelines. 5. Delivery Timeline • The SEO mapping and strategy plan will be delivered within 48 hours for review and approval. Upon approval, SEO implementation will be completed within two weeks • Timelines are dependent on client responsiveness and timely approvals. 6. Scheduling & Attendance • We will contact you in case of rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice. • Failure to attend on time without notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee. • We will notify you of any required rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice. 7. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Rescheduling is permitted once with at least 48 hours’ notice. • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. • No-shows are non-refundable. 8. Refund Policy All purchases are non-refundable once work has begun. Refunds will only be issued if Pinnacle Business Hub is unable to deliver the service. 9. Outcomes & Guarantees While this service is designed to improve your SEO performance, no specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes are guaranteed. 10. Intellectual Property All audits, keyword strategies, and SEO deliverables remain the intellectual property of Pinnacle Business Hub. Clients may use outputs for their own business but may not distribute, or resell any materials. 11.
